4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed once the returned items are inspected and approved.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
